Unless otherwise noted, All Weekend Hotel Room Packages include: The room and bed type listed in your package description, with Friday check-in and Sunday check-out Two (2) GA event tickets valid Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday The option to upgrade the included GA tickets to VIP through POSH The option to purchase additional event tickets separately Thursday early arrival and Monday late departure may be available as add-ons through POSH.

Hotel check-in begins at 12 PM Friday, subject to room availability. You’re welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy the event, but your room may not be ready yet. Until your room is available, please keep your bags in your vehicle or use the designated tagged baggage storage area. Baggage storage space is limited.

Hotel check-out is 11 AM Sunday unless you purchased a Monday check-out option through POSH. You’re welcome to stay and enjoy the event after check-out. Please move your belongings to your vehicle or the designated baggage storage area before returning to the event.

Yes, if you purchased the appropriate early-arrival or late-departure option through POSH. If a Thursday arrival or Monday departure is not attached to your reservation, you may be required to check out and move rooms between reservations. Please make sure any extended stay is booked through POSH before you arrive.

Hotel package inclusions are listed in each package description on POSH. Unless otherwise noted, All Weekend Hotel Room Packages include two (2) GA event tickets.

Additional event tickets may be purchased separately; however, hotel room occupancy limits still apply based on the room type and hotel policy.

Yes. The two GA tickets included with your hotel package can be upgraded to VIP through POSH, subject to availability.

Season 6 music is scheduled to run from 12 PM Friday through 3 PM Sunday. Additional Thursday activities may require the appropriate event ticket or package.

Yes. Your wristband is your event credential and must remain on for the duration of the event. Do not remove or transfer your wristband. Anyone in an event area without the appropriate wristband may be required to leave or purchase admission.

Please enter the hotel and event through the designated main entrance near the hotel front desk unless event staff directs you otherwise. Other entrances may be locked, monitored or restricted during the event. Please do not attempt to enter through unauthorized areas.

Properly credentialed attendees may leave and return according to the access rules in effect during the event. Keep your wristband on at all times.

Room parties and renegades are permitted only in the designated Renegade Row area. Security will enforce this policy throughout the weekend. Please be respectful of guests staying in other areas of the hotel.

Renegade Row is active from 12 PM Friday through 11 AM Sunday. Please do not host renegades, DJ setups or room parties outside the designated area or outside these hours.

DJ and sound equipment may be used only where specifically permitted by the event and hotel. Unauthorized sound systems and parties outside Renegade Row are not permitted.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for unused event tickets or hotel nights, schedule changes, weather, personal travel changes, or any other circumstance that does not result in full cancellation of the event. Season 6 will take place rain or shine.

If Season 6 is fully cancelled, purchases will remain valid for the rescheduled event date.

Purchases are non-refundable. Eligible hotel room packages may be transferred to another guest in accordance with the Season 6 transfer policy.

Yes. Room package transfers are permitted until three (3) days before the event. Transfer requests submitted after July 26, 2027 will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and additional fees.

Yes. Season 6 is a rain-or-shine event. Florida weather can change quickly. Production teams may adjust equipment or programming as necessary for weather and safety.

Yes, please. With a hotel full of Freaks, towels go quickly. Bringing your own pool towel helps reduce demand on hotel housekeeping and makes things easier for everyone.

Yes. Hotel staff, event security and Essential Freaks event organizers will be present throughout the weekend. If you see something that doesn’t look right, please notify a member of security, hotel staff or the Essential Freaks team. Your safety is our priority, so let’s work together to keep everyone safe.

Essential Freaks and the host hotel maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illicit drug use and possession. Applicable narcotics laws will be enforced, and law enforcement officers may be present at the event.

Guests and their belongings may be subject to security screening as permitted by event and hotel policy. Additional entry or security procedures may be announced before the event.

Yes. Food options will be available on-site during the event. Season 6 menus, kitchen hours and ordering information will be released closer to the event.

Bringing some cash for tips is a good idea. Event tickets, upgrades and VIP purchases should be made through POSH or another approved event payment method.

Hydration options will be available during the event. Drink water, wear sunscreen and take care of yourself. Florida summer is not playing with you.

Yes, subject to availability. GA tickets included with eligible hotel packages may be upgraded to VIP through POSH.

Pet accommodations are subject to the hotel’s pet policy and the availability of designated pet-friendly rooms. Do not bring a pet into a non-pet-friendly room. Additional hotel charges may apply. Absolutely. Season 6 themes and outfit inspiration will be announced separately. Themes are encouraged but never required. Get weird with it.
