The Manti

The Manti, pronounced (Man-Tie), hails from Philadelphia. He moved to Orlando at an early age, where he was introduced to the thriving underground music scene in the 90’s, and currently resides in Jacksonville where he displays his extremely versatile ability, whatever genre happens to be asked of him, ranging from Basshouse to Breakbeat, Drum N Bass and multiple styles of straight beat. He has played venues all around Florida, most notably in Gainesville, at the world-famous Simon’s Nightclub as well as his nearly yearlong residency in Orlando, at what was once another one of the top nightclubs in the world, The Club at Firestone. The Manti has also been featured, as well as held residencies, at numerous spots around central and northeast Florida since 1999, including a radio residency for numerous years on KISS 105.3 FM in Gainesville (The Perimeter). You might recognize him currently from co-hosting the popular Breakbeat Twitch stream, Garage Sessions - The Mix Show, or as a current rotating resident at Myth Nightclub. He regularly opens events thrown by, I Love Florida House and is an artist on the JaxDnb.com roster. He has opened for such well-known artists as BT, Darude, Infected Mushroom, Crystal Method, James Zabiela, Stanton Warriors, DJ SUV, Dj Magic Mike, DJ Dan, Deekline, Christian Martin, Vicious Vic, DJ Icey, Andy Hughes, Superstar DJ Keoki, Sunshine Jones, Dj Aphrodite and AK1200. The Manti has been recently signed by 77 Deuce Records (Breaks) and Gigabeat Records (Drum N Bass) and is currently releasing a number of singles on Beatport.com.
